sara fritsch, owner
Sara grew up in West Texas with her parents and three older brothers. As the daughter of an electrician, she has always appreciated logic, efficiency, and simplicity. She received a BBA in entrepreneurship from the University of North Texas before moving to Austin. After a series of jobs she enjoyed but that weren’t quite right, Sara began working as a professional organizer – a job that combined her love of problem solving and her desire to help people create more peace in their lives. She started Moxie Space in 2016 and never looked back!
sarah madden, lead organizer
Sarah was born in Austin but raised in San Antonio. She loves camping, hiking, chilling at Barton Springs, and doing crossword puzzles with her husband. After living in a tiny house (aka the biggest organizational challenge of her life), she realized she could organize anything and everything – and that she actually loves it! Now Sarah uses her skills and creativity to help others find peace and joy in their homes. Her greatest organizing wish: that The Container Store would open more locations.
breanna rollings, lead organizer
Breanna grew up in the suburbs of Dallas but has made Austin her home since 2002. Her happy place is either reading a good book at the beach or watching Netflix on the couch with her sweet husband and disgruntled cat. Breanna was an extremely tidy child (her parents never had to make her clean her room) and always hoped that one day she could turn her love of sorting and organizing into a career. She fully believes that decluttering and organizing one’s home can be life-changing, and she gets so much satisfaction from helping our clients do just that!
kim ray, lead organizer
Kim was born in Indiana and now lives in Austin with her husband. She is always up for adventure; her hobbies include canyoneering, caving, and K9 training. When she’s not out volunteering for local Search & Rescue, you might find her catching up on The Bachelor. Kim became a professional organizer because she saw the real impact organizing made in her own home, and she wanted to help others find solutions for their families. Her favorite thing about organizing is how a space that has been cluttered and disorganized for years can be transformed in a matter of hours!
blaire fehlman, assistant organizer
As a child in a military family, Blaire has moved over 15 times in her life but mostly grew up in New York State and Virginia. After moving so much, she realized there was no better feeling than being settled in your home and knowing where everything is – a feeling she’s excited to create for our clients! Blaire believes that organizing is an ongoing process, but a good turntable never hurts. When she’s not organizing, you can find Blaire planning her next road trip with her fiancé, watching The Crown, or cuddling with her adorable doodle pup.
shermina ali, assistant organizer
Originally from Houston, Shermina now lives in Austin with her husband and two pups, Holly and Teetah. She loves traveling and exploring the world – her favorite place she’s been to (so far) is Iceland. She’s a big fan of the Harry Potter books (Ravenclaw 4eva) and any food she can make in 30 minutes or less. As an ER nurse, Shermina is great at thinking on her feet in a fast-paced environment, but she’s always enjoyed the sense of peace she feels when she walks into an organized space. Her mantra for organizing is, “Do what works best for you,” which is why she is a perfect fit for the Moxie Space team!
