MEET THE MOXIE SPACE TEAM
The Moxie Space team is always busy coming up with ways to organize and simplify our clients’ homes!
Our organizers are insured, background-checked, and trained to work with clients while maintaining confidentiality.
sara fritsch, owner
Sara grew up in West Texas with her parents and three older brothers. As the daughter of an electrician, she has always appreciated logic, efficiency, and simplicity. She received a BBA in entrepreneurship from the University of North Texas before moving to Austin. After a series of jobs she enjoyed but that weren’t quite right, Sara began working as a professional organizer – a job that combined her love of problem solving and her desire to help people create more peace in their lives. She started Moxie Space in 2016 and never looked back!
sarah madden, lead organizer
Sarah was born in Austin but raised in San Antonio. She loves camping, hiking, chilling at Barton Springs, and doing crossword puzzles with her husband. After living in a tiny house (aka the biggest organizational challenge of her life), she realized she could organize anything and everything – and that she actually loves it! Now Sarah uses her skills and creativity to help others find peace and joy in their homes. Her greatest organizing wish: that The Container Store would open more locations.
breanna rollings, lead organizer
Breanna grew up in the suburbs of Dallas but has made Austin her home since 2002. Her happy place is either reading a good book at the beach or watching Netflix on the couch with her sweet husband and disgruntled cat. Breanna was an extremely tidy child (her parents never had to make her clean her room) and always hoped that one day she could turn her love of sorting and organizing into a career. She fully believes that decluttering and organizing one’s home can be life-changing, and she gets so much satisfaction from helping our clients do just that!
kim ray, lead organizer
Kim was born in Indiana and now lives in Austin with her husband, two dogs, and sweet baby daughter. She is always up for adventure; her hobbies include canyoneering, caving, and K9 training. When she’s not out volunteering for local Search & Rescue, you might find her catching up on The Bachelor. Kim became a professional organizer because she saw the real impact organizing made in her own home, and she wanted to help others find solutions for their families. Her favorite thing about organizing is how a space that has been cluttered and disorganized for years can be transformed in a matter of hours!
tarah luke, lead organizer
Tarah is from Seattle but moved to Austin a few years ago after visiting only once. She’s a true water baby and loves swimming, floating the river, or just being anywhere near water! If you challenge her to Friends TV trivia, she’ll probably win. Since Tarah was a child, organizing has been one of her passions. Seeing someone’s space reinvented always gives her so much joy. For Tarah, organizing for clients is a deeply rewarding experience, and she’s thrilled to work with a team of women who are as passionate about organizing as she is!
crista ward, lead organizer
Crista is a San Antonio native who enjoys running, making jewelry, baking sourdough bread, and thrifting/restoring mid-century furniture. A former educator, private tutor, and devoted dog-mom to her chiweenies, Crista is excited to use her boundless energy and strong problem-solving skills to help our clients create meaningful changes in their homes. She loves transforming spaces and believes that being organized frees up time for all the things you really love to do!
shermina ali, assistant organizer
Originally from Houston, Shermina now lives in Austin with her husband and two pups, Holly and Teetah. She loves traveling and exploring the world – her favorite place she’s been to (so far) is Iceland. She’s a big fan of the Harry Potter books (Ravenclaw 4eva) and any food she can make in 30 minutes or less. As an ER nurse, Shermina is great at thinking on her feet in a fast-paced environment, but she’s always enjoyed the sense of peace she feels when she walks into an organized space. Her mantra for organizing is, “Do what works best for you,” which is why she is a perfect fit for the Moxie Space team!
megan wise, assistant organizer
Megan is an Austin native (shout out to 78704!) and loves yoga, cooking healthy but delicious food, reading novels and self-help books, and taking walks with her family. A former professional singer, Megan also enjoys writing songs with her musician husband. Organizing has always been a big part of her life – especially while raising two kids! In fact, completing an organizing project in her own home is one of her favorite feelings. Now, as a Moxie Space organizer, Megan is excited to use her knowledge and creativity to create peaceful, organized spaces for our clients.
natasha ulack, assistant organizer
Kentucky-born Natasha lives in Austin with her husband, three children, and dog – so she understands the importance of easy, low-maintenance systems! Helping others create a home where they can focus on what’s important to them brings her so much joy, and she especially loves finding solutions for underutilized spaces. When she isn’t organizing, Natasha enjoys reupholstering furniture, listening to audiobooks, teaching sex-ed, and relaxing on her back porch with family and friends.
